“I’m so grateful I had a doula for my first pregnancy and birth. I knew that a doula would be vital to support me for my labor but I had no idea how Torie would help me during pregnancy and early postpartum. I felt overwhelmed and discouraged often. Being able to meet with her to discuss my birth plan as well as send my questions via texts was such a blessing to me! I experienced anxiety leading up to my birth but I was so grateful to have Torie to help my husband and I stay calm, confident, and focused. When I met Torie I was 20 weeks pregnant with my perfectly healthy twin girls, and the hospital I was with was already planning to induce delivery at 35 weeks. I knew that was way too early, and I constantly felt something was off with hospital staff but didn't have the birth education/confidence to push back. Torie's service helped me and my husband make more educated decisions that lead to beautiful, healthy, twin babies born at 40 weeks gestation!!
